AEV Buys UBP Stake
Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. (AEV) bought 2,103,242 common shares of Union Bank of the Philippines (UBP) at a price of Php 125.00 per share.

FDC To Issue Up To Php 10B Fixed Rate Bonds
The Securities and Exchange Commission approved the plan of Filinvest Development Corporation (FDC) to sell Php 7 billion worth of fixed-rate bonds with an overallotment option of up to Php 3 billion. Php 3.25 billion of the proceeds will be used to partially invest in a 405-megawatt coal-fired power plant in Misamis Oriental.

LOTO Share Buyback Transactions
Pacific Online Systems Corporation (LOTO) repurchased a total of 15,800 shares from the market last Monday, December 23. 4,800 shares were bought back at a purchase price Php 15.26 apiece, 10,000 shares at Php 15.28 apiece, and 1,000 shares at Php 15.70 apiece.
